If you’re a fan of Yu-Be’s Moisturizing Cream you’ll love its lighter cousin–Yu-Be Moisturizing Lotion.  I got some samples from this Japanese brand and began using this new lotion when the heater in my apartment was turned on.   Usually my skin gets super dry and itchy as soon as this happens but so far it has stayed well-moisturized and super suave.

This body lotion is such a good hydrator because it has a very high glycerin content.  And glycerin is good for the skin because it’s a natural humectant that attracts and retains moisture.  In addition to that, it contains vitamins E and B2 to protect and smooth rough and damaged skin as well as camphor to sooth minor irritations.  This lotion has no artificial fragrances or colors and in fact, it gets the yellowish color from the vitamin B2.

To retain the most moisture in the skin, I pat my skin after showering, leaving a thin layer of water.  Then I use the Yu-Be Moisturizing Lotion to seal in the moisture.  The result is skin that is well-hydrated for hours without a greasy feeling.  As you apply this lotion, you’ll notice a faint camphor smell but no te preocupes since the smell goes away and leaves skin odorless.
